I have had my Neo for years, and haven't re-programed it in about 4 years.

While trying to get my Panasonic Plasma and Blu Ray to work, I have come across as issue where NEOEdit just stops working.

I've tried re-loading. Using a different NCF, different downloaded NCF's etc.

It just freezes up when I try to get to the properties of any element in a file (button, device, page, etc)

I have searched the Forum and not found anything related to this issue.

Well After looking around the forum I still have yet to come across anything. However I got to thinking about Windows registry issues. Looking into the Registry for Software Keys, I noticed that even after un-installing the software there were results in the registry.

I deleted any reference to Philips electronics in the registry and re-installed.

Problem solved.
