Hi, using neoedit on vista stops the emulator from running properly.
Anyone know how to use the emulator in vista with my ncf file?
Launching the emulator directly does start the app, but I am unable to load my NCF file into that, cant find any command line props to use also

ive not used vista so not sure if it will work but on older versions of windows if you right click the .exe of the program you wish to run, there is the option to "run as" which will enable it to run under an older windows environment
