A friend has a client who needs a slight upgrade to a Neo, so I am doing work on my first one. I can't find this information in the FAQs or via searching this forum.

What cable is used to connect the Neo to the computer? Is it the same as the other Pronto cables (TS1000, etc.)

Thanks.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

It is a serial (pc) -> mini jack (like headphone) cable.
