I need help trying to figure out how neo hacker and neo edit work in what type of sequence.I am not sure where to drag and drop first thx

Have you read the FAQ yet? It describes how to use neohacker. As for neoedit, you need to create your NCF before you use neohacker to modify it.

1. create or download an NCF
2. test all of the codes
3. learn any codes that don't work
4. modify ncf in neohacker

It depends on what you want to do with neohacker....are you trying to create a custom start page or insert discrete codes? Instructions for both are in the FAQ.
