Does anyone know the version number of the latest firmware? I went to the website (http://www.pronto.philips.com) and they show the latest (or at least the one they currently offer for download) as version 1.5.3. I am not sure if this is the latest version or not as the website also offers NeoEdit version 2.05 for download and I know there is a newer releases (I have 2.0.7.1). Also can anyone tell me how to find out which firmware version is currently loaded on my NEO. The setup screen shows the following:
Boot V2.34b
System V2.0.1
App. 1.5.3
CF TSU500 1.2
I am assuming that the "App." is the firmware, is this correct?
Finally the reason for the desire to upgrade the firmware is in hope that that will fix an issue I just started having. The issue is that when I use the remote to change the volume (using the hard button) it acts like the button is stuck. It just keeps sending the signal to either increse or decrease. This is a real problem...My wife nearly blew my speakers first time it happened. Does anyone know of this issue and how to fix it? If I can not find a way to fix this I will have to get rid of the remote...I can't afford to risk blowing my speakers.

thanks
Steve

As far as I know 1.5.3 is the latest firmware.

Have you tried to do a 'hard reset" of the remote? Try that and then upload your ncf and see if it is still a problem. If so I'm guessing it is probably a hardware issue.
