I'm finally trying to update my ProntoNeo using NeoHacker and trying to figure out the discrete code format. I was able to download the file for my Zenith C32V37 TV, but now what? It's in a .ccf format... do I need to open that up to determine what code is associated to each action? I was able to view some Learned IR codes in NeoHacker (0 f 6c 5 61 ab 16 14 3f 54 a9 3f 6f fc 42 34 11 12 11 11 22 21 22 22 22 21 12 12 11 12 21 21 fc 26 f1 b c1 f0 bb ca 2b bf 10 c df = EXIT), is that what I need to find for the individual actions I want to set up? Just need a 'little push' to help thsi get started. Am I close?

Yes. You will need a program like prontoedit to view the codes. Each button in the ccf will have properties including a field for the code. You will need to individually copy each of the codes you need (which will be in a different format than the one you posted - known as hex codes) and paste them into neohacker. There are directions for pasting codes into neohacker - the program will convert them into the neo formatted codes (like the one you posted above) automatically. Once all of the codes are in your ncf, save it and open in neoedit. Then you can upload it to your remote.

Thanks Tim!

I was waiting for you to get me going... I'll try it tonight when i get home from work.

I already downloaded the edit program for the ccf files and viewed the hex codes. Just wasn't sure what to do with them. This should be a 'simple' fix, but then again not many things go simple for me.

Close... so close!!!

I opened the ccf file with ProntoEdit NG and looked over the IR codes. Some looked right (Vol+ = 0000 006D 0026 0000 0155 00AC 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0041 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0015 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0015 0015 0041 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0041 0015 0015 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0615 0155 0056 0015 0E55 0155 0056 0015 00AC), while some didn't (DVI = 900A 006D 0000 0001 04FB C639).

When I tried to paste the smaller string I get the error, "A vaild Pronto IR code must start with '0000'."

I tried the Pronto2NeoConverter but that didn't work either, just returned #NUM! (bad field or reference?)

I entered the longer string into NeoHacker and it works! But.. I really need the other codes.

Now what?
