Hello, i want to buy a Pronto and have read in forums that de Neo model has many problems to learn ir codes. Please can you confirm this. For me it's very important the ability of learning. If so, can you suggest a model??

Sometimes people run into difficulty getting the Neo to learn from their remotes. It usually just requires simple changes in techniques such as holding down buttons instead of quickly pressing them or vice versa. People have had luck changing angles and distances between remotes. I don't recall reading about anyone who was completely unable to learn codes from their remotes (with the exception of a few manufacturers who use codes outside the Neo's frequency capabilities - however, these would pose problems for most learning remotes as well.)
