I learned my remote to operate the other components in my HT, and all is well. Then I tried to get fancy and use the NEOedit software and ended up deleting all my learned functions. I installed the edit onto my pc and pluged in the NEO only to find a blank screen and lack of programming expereince. Ultimately I reverted back to the factory settings and lost all ability to control any components. I have a panasonic plasma monitor, denon 3806 av rec, denon 1920 player and comcast cable box. Does anyone want to walk a newbie through the process of installing channel logos and some basic marco using the NEOedit software? Is there a list of directions to follow anywhere in another forum?

Use the FAQ, that is what it is there for. The very first question addresses how to begin.
