I've recently upgraded the programming software to include the TSU7500. However, when I did, anything that works on the programming platform associated with that type of system, (tsu7000, tsu3000, tsu500) lost all of the labeling. It still shows when you double-click on the individual buttons and it does transfer to the remote, however it is next to impossible to determine how it will look or where you are at on the remote, (until you either emulate or transfer). I have totally backed up all of the program software and then removed them from the computer and then re-installed them to no avail.

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about. Could you try to explain what software you are talking about and what remotes?
