One of my device buttons (directly below the soft buttons) broke on my TSU500. The remote fell on the floor (I think my wife dropped it but is not admitting it) and the button came loose. Now it's like a loose tooth.
I contacted Philips but it's out of warranty and they said they can only replace the whole thing - they don't sell that part alone.
Does anyone here have a Neo that doesn't work anymore and would like to get rid of? All I need is that button (it's the 2nd one from the right). It's called a "context specific button" according to the user manual.
Anyway, if anyone out there can help me, please send me an email or reply to this post.
Thanks!

Do a search here for broken button and you should find a few people who managed to fix their own. If that fails, you can occasionally find a broken one on eBay or in the marketplace forum here.
