Well, it looks like my nearly 3 year old Neo has failed. Went to use it last night and NONE of the hard buttons are working. By NONE, I mean NONE...Channel +/-, Volume +/-, mute, function, 4 buttons under screen, page up/down, none.
I can touch the touch screen and use whatever features are available on that screen but, since I have no hard buttons, I can't navigate to any other menu.
Popped the batteries, no change (they are fresh). Hit the hidden reset. No change. I can only assume that reloading the NCF file will have no effect.
Has anybody seen this behavior before?
Boy, you don't appreciate these until you can use them...
Regards, BigRob.

The same happened to me. Did you find a way to fix it?

I've had temporary occasions where my RC3200 suddenly stopped responding to the hard buttons, but it's always cleared itself up when I tap the screen.
Have you tried reloading the firmware and the NCF? This would seem to be a good time to upgrade to the latest firmware, if you don't already have it loaded.
Good luck.
