Help please. I cannot get the up/down/left/right menu directions codes to work properly. The FAST FORWARD and FAST REWIND don't work either. I cannot get the Neo to LEARN the signals either. Anyone got around this problem?

After looking lots of postings in this forum, I tried teaching the Philips codes to my Denon learning remote for my receiver and then have the Denon remote teach the codes to my Neo and it worked perfectly! Problem solved. I guess the Neo just won't learn certain codes directly.

Any chance you could share your .ncf file? I'm having the same problem learning 642 codes, but I don't have another learning remote to use.
