My TSU2000 is dead. But I like the hard buttons on the Pronto Neo... Is it a good idea to go and get a new ProntoNeo or is the TSU2000 way better remote?

I like the 2000 better because of the larger screen,I think you will miss it. Also you will need to redo all the work sinse there is no way of going from CCF to NCF.
If you want more buttons then you should go with the Pronto TSU-3000, it has more buttons, you can edit 100% of the screen and it imports CCFs
