How can I get software upgrades for my NEO other than downloading? I have no means to download files this large.

have to have someone burn it for you. Philips will not send out a disk.

Could download it at the public library, if they've got a CD burner installed on the PC or you have a zip drive, or external hard drive, you could transfer it and take it home.... it's a long shot.
