does anyone know why certain commands on my original harman kardon remote cannot be learned by my pronto neo?

I had the same thing with my AVR 5550. I teached a second lernable RC and learned my RC 3200 from this one (specialy the inputselectors).

thankyou very much. i eventually got hold of a denon learning remote and yes it worked a treat. still not sure WHY though, you would think if the relatively cheap denon RC can learn these codes why can't the Pronto? thanks again.
