Could someone PLEASE help me to get my Pronto Neo sbc ru 930 to work with my EAD Encore? If there is an 4 number code to this pre-amp as for all other products? Thank you...

I doubt there's a preprogrammed code. Can't you learn the codes from the original remote?

That's the problem, the original remote is broken! (and if you know the EAD, you know how important the remote is for this unit...) I probably will have to by another remote or try to borrow the original remote somewhere... HM

Well... you might be able to do a conversion from one of the Pronto CCF files. It would involve creating a Marantz RC3200 NCF file, copying the hex codes over one by one from the CCF (since only the Marantz software supports native Pronto hex), then modifying the ZIP comment in the NCF file so that ProntoNEO Edit can load it.

EAD preamp can send code, just as a remote.
Check at the end of the manual.
