Hi there

I got my Pronto Neo this week. I transfered all needed IR signals to my Pronto. TV, DVD and Reciever pages all work perfect.

So i decided to start with macro's, this also went fine. Except for one thing, the powering on of my Panasonic TX32ps11 TV. On my orginal panasonic remote i had to press the power button for like 3 seconds before it would power on. Same story for the power button i made for the panasonic on the pronto (if you press it for 3 seconds the tv powers on)

But in the macro i want to make (it's start with powering on the dvd, reciever and tv) the tv will not power on, because the power button isn't pressed for 3 seconds but just once (like any other normal button) the dvd and reciever do power because their power buttons just have to be pressed once and for a short time

I tried to put the link to the "tv power on button" 5 times in a row in the macro (even with delays) but that didn't work i just makes it press the button 5 times in a row. The button really has to be hold for 3 seconds.

How do i simulate the 3 seconds holding of this power button in a macro? Or does anyone know another workaround? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

PS sorry for my spelling, but English isn't my native language

With kind regards

Sorry, there may very well not be a whole lot you can do about this issue. But try reading this: [Link: remotecentral.com]

It can be done. I did it for one of my buttons. There's plenty of references on this forum if you search using 'duration'. Basically you need to edit one of the IR parameters for the button. It's an age since I did it so I can't remember all the details. It's been so long I even had to re-register here.

You will need to use Neohacker utiilty found in the files section here:

Good luck,
