I was programming my NEO this morning, and midway through the process the message "invalid CF version or corrupt flash" appeared on the screen. I can now not reset, DL, or use the NEO. Any suggestions?????

I have the same problem :(
Try this: go to pronto website, get the firmware upgrade util, and after 4-5 retries you will have a brand new pronto with all the memory erased!
In the first 1-2 times the util will give you some bulls**T "invalid device" or "can't upgrade" etc, but finally will work.
