just purchased pronto 930 and i am having problems inputting brand codes i keep getting message THE CODE SET YOU ENTERED IS INCORRECT and i am reading these codes from the manual Anybody got any ideas or can help me in any way it will be much appreciated

I have the same problem. It seems that the IR codes of the user manual are completely wrong.
Try Neoedit program. Load default.ncf than right-click the device you want to learn the acceptable code (first one for exemple TV not TV1), and than select properties than settings than your brand. On the code set you will find right values acceptable by the remote.
