Has enyone been able to control the Lutron Graphix eye with a Philips TSU-500 (Neo? We have used Neohacker program to convert a Marantz RC-3200 file with Hex codes to Neo file, but still doesn't work.

Remote will not learn these codes directly from the RC-3200.

Try searching this forum using "lutron" or my username to find relevant posts. All Lutron products use the same codes, but sometimes with different results.

Your Neo may be an early production model that will not accept longer codes, such as those used by Lutron.

I use two RC3200s to control a Lutron Grafik Eye GRX-2404 with no problems, but both of mine must be later production models.

Good luck.
