having problems teaching sky digital codes into rc3200.
It will take normal buttons fine but will not work for 'sky guide' , 'box office' , 'interactive' , ' services' codes.
In the rc3200 setup program it shows that it has recieved a code but it will not send code to sky box.
I spoke to marantz who said they had heard of this issue and to try the firmware update, but that didn't help
Anyone got any ideas????

Hi Lyric
I had the same problem with my RC3200 and the sky handset, problem solved by changing the sky batteries with new good quality batteries, codes romped in no problem

Hi, I believe that there are 3 differnt versions of the skyremote, all of which are NOT equal. I had similar problems learning from one version but not another. Have a look at the info on http://www.satcure.co.ukRgs Paul
