I will send $20 to anyone who can tell me where I can buy a new 4-button assembly for under the LCD screen on a NEO! (No joke)
I have repaired my twice now but the 2nd time I ended up getting the ‘Tak-Pack’ adhesive on both middle buttons at the same time.
They still work…kind of, but I really want a new button assembly.
E-mail to Phillips Support site yielded a reply with a link titled:
“Our technical support desk is in place. Please click the following link and provide the necessary details to get the help you need as fast as possible.”
The link took me to the same place I submitted my e-mail in the first place.
I am willing to PAY money for this part! HELP!

Check Ebay. I just bought 2 Neos for under $40 apiece with shipping.
One worked, one did't. One I'll use, one's for parts when I need them.
