I recently acquired a ProntoNEO remote control and am having trouble learning signals from my Mitsubishi TV remote which has Netcommand. Has anyone else experienced issues with learning from a Mitsu. TV remote? When I go to use the learn function it instantly gets a failed when I push buttons on the TV remote. I found a temporary work around by inputing the device code into my cable remote then learning some functions from that remote. This does not give me all the buttons I would need to fully replace the TV remote though. Any insight or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I sure would like someone to answer this. I just got a TSU500. This is exactly the same problem I have with the Mitsubishi remote. Other remotes learn OK.

Mine does this on some of my Mitsu stuff too...I accidentally found a solution. When learning, I push the button for a couple seconds, release it, and push it again. The Neo seems to grab the code on the second try. Odd..but works for me.

You could always just use the NCF in the file area....
The one I uploaded is in RC3200 Format, but can be converted with NEOHacker.
