Hi folks,
it's me again. After some nightmares with my COM port I have now a very nice Neo-Setup. Finally I'd like to change the overview page and as you may know it is protected. So I downloaded NeoSynch and the other Java based program (I've forgot the name).
Here is my request: How can I change the overview page? When I open the program and import my file there is no possibility to change it. I think I'm too dumb. Can anybody kick my butt?

Use Neohacker to change the "Device overview". Here is a good explanation. [Link: remotecentral.com]

Move the device you want to be the startup page to the top of the listing in NeoSynch. This will set it as startup. Tim Builer, the author, has had to field several emails from NeoSynch users confused about how this worked.
Tim has also created a new version that works with the RC3200 (doesn't erase codes on the extra hard buttons). He was going to submit it for inclusion in the Files section here. Either it's taken him longer to get the package together than he originally thought, or Daniel is still behind/having space issues with putting new files up.

Hi folks,
thanks for your quite fast response. I'm not a big fan of installing software which is not "complete", so I decline to install Java applets for NeoHacker. I know that NeoHacker is a nice programm but last time I used it the Java stuff busted my maschine, no thanks.
I'll try the other idea or description and be back soon.
15 MINUTES LATER: MIKE, THANK YOU I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP, I'M DONE NOW ... AWESOME!!

Sorry Mike, I completely forgot about submitting NeoSynch version 1.3 which supports the RC3200. I just now put in a request for a file upload to Remote Central, so hopefully it won't take too long.
I'm glad to see people are still using NeoSynch!

Not a problem, Tim. I'm just glad that other RC3200 owners will soon have the opportunity to make use of your excellent utility.

Well, I tried NeoSync with the 501 and it seems to lose the macros on the Power and TV Power hard buttons. I tried NeoHacker and it didn't seem to save my custom startup page as the startup device even though I set it in NeoHacker. Has anyone else gotten either of these apps to work with the TSU501?

Version 1.4 of NeoSync now supports this remote. It is in the file area.
