just got this remote, so forgive me if its been asked...After I upload a configuration and then download back to the remote, I notice several settings are deleted and I have to reprogram some functions. Is there a fix for this? I got the latest firmware and NeoEdit version from the website. Thanks

Hi-
I am experiencing this problem as well. It seems the settings that are lost when I do it are ones that were "learned" from other remotes. I would be interested in a fix for this as well.
Thanks,
Chris b.

What kind of setting are this? I never lost IR-Codes or macros. I just found that it is not possible to transfer the setting "ON" for the background.
