I have a "new" Pronto but the firmware (App. 1.2.2) seems to be old. When I try to upload the CF, it tells me that I have old firmware and to update it. Question: will the update wipe out my current config? And two: Where is the info on updating? I have downloaded the update file but see no info on how the process is accomplished? Thanks!

All you do is run the app for Firmware update, just make sure that your com port has no conflic's and the update should go fine.
I think I remember someone stating that the firmware didn't wipe out their NCF, but this was over a year ago, so I'd do a search on this.
But you are correct, there was many people that couldn't upload their learned codes and atleast now with this update, you can, but of course like all of those before you when this remote just came out, had to re learn them all again,,,,
So try and see..
