etc. This is the kind of company that it doesn't matter
if it's one customer or 2000. With this kind of issue,
I'll bet they make it right.
URC will not sell the parts to repair this problem on your own. I called them just yesterday and they said I had to ship the remote to them for repair at a cost of $30. As cheap as they are now on Flea Bay it is cheaper to just get a replacement remote and keep the sticky one for parts. It is too bad URC does not stand by their products as we all know they knew there was a problem with the MX-700's coating but now they are trying to get another $30 from us to correct their mistake.
