We have a good client that the MX950 is freezing up on. The fix is to unplug the battery and then re hook it up. Then every thing works fine. As she is elder and her whole family fathfully upgrades there systems with me. I send my guys out there. But this is the third time.
Have any of you had this problem. Or should i get an RA?
