Hello to all. This is my first post in the forum. This is my situation I have a mx 3000. I got this as part of custom installer package when I build my home theater. The installer programed it partially but never has come around to finish the whole programing. I am considering programing the rest . I'am afraid that when I install the software and plug in the mx3000 I will loose what is already programed. I read software manual but couldn't find the answer. I don't have a lot ( none to be honest)of experience in this area but can learn. Is progaming this remote very difficult?

Thank you in advance.

dont worry about losing the data in the mx-3000. when you plug it in....wont happen.... even further you can actually upload the current data from the mx into the computer so you can see how the installer programmed it so far. if you have any questions feel free to email me. i also offer professional programming as well.

No offense, but where did you find this installer? I've never heard of anything so unprofessional.

Ah...that explains it. Another reason why I do not waste my time or money to keep such great company.
