When I attempt to update the editor software for the MX-900 I keep getting an error saying "Fail to load patch info file." It is doing this on multiple PC's and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing with no luck. Any ideas or anyone else experiencing this?

I am experiencing the same thing with all of the editors. Unfornately, I don't know what is causing this.

I had that problem a while back for the mx-3000. I called tech support to see what I was doing wrong. They said that their server for the live update was down. I would either call or try again on Monday.

Also you can try disabling your firewall temporarily while doing a live update. SJ

I tried the live update on both of my computers and yes I believe the live update server is down.

I never have a live update problem.

Note: My laptop reports server not found and tries to connect to my alternate internet connection.

It's working now.
Sir, my concern is not whether God is on our side; my greatest concern is to be on God's side, for God is always right.
