I have been trying to control my Polkaudio XM radio but have not been able to get the "up" and "down" buttons to work. I used the learning function on the MX3000 for these buttons and I got a "good" response. Problem is that the buttons on the MX3000 for the up/down function for the Polk XM only move once. If I keep pushing the up or down button, nothing happens after the first push.
I have tried increasing/decreasing the number of repeats, but it does no good. When I'm in the learning mode, I hold the buttons down on the Polk remote untill the MX3000 stops learning. Any help here would be appreciated.

It sounds like they are using a toggle bit command here. Try the 2-learn function on the 3000. Only press the button on the original remote once for each learn. Let me know if that works.
