Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone is using the MX850 with a Dishnetwork 501 dvr? I have found two files for the MX850 and the 501 but they are using channel 2 and 1 for the remote. I bought the 501 from a friend but he lost the remote and I cant change the channel from 3 to 1-2.
I have tried using other remotes to change the remote address from 3 to 1 or 2 but no sucess.

Buy a new dish remote for like $25. Heck most stores taht sell dish have one lying around that you could just have.

In the MX-850 DB, have you tried code #168, which is ID#3?
