On the charging cradle at the bottom there are 4 metal prongs...Are they supposed to all be exactly even?...Or is the prong on the far right supposed to be lower?...I am having problems with the red and blue lights...It is showing red/blue when it is not charged, but if I jiggle the remote or set it down real careful then I get the 2 red lights...sometimes it shows that it is charging even when one is red and one is blue...I even bought a new battery but it does the same thing...HELP.

I also wanted to add that even when the power meter says it is charging, it doesn't charge...What the heck is going on with this piece of junk?...Can the charging cradle actually go bad?...Any help will be appreciated.

Find and appropriate tool and gently bend back the prongs that are "out of position". They should be all the same, oriented vertically and springy to the touch. Remove and replace the remote gently and keep an eye on the connecting fingers.
