I have an MX3000 and my reseller never sent the cable (Avoid them. They are Audio Corner in Canton OH). Anyways, its the black connector. Its not the standard USB cable. Does anyone know where I can find one. Audio corner has given me a run around, URC sent me a standard USB A to Mini B, and my universal USB cable kit doesnt have the proper ends. Its been 5 weeks and I am STILL waiting for URC and AudioCorner to come through.

Audio Corner should not have sold you a MX-3000 with the black connector recently. The new mini-usb has been out for 12-18 months now and has gone through many revisions since then. I would go back and tell them you want a current version if you paid full retail for it. They should have at least cut you a deal on such an old model.

Yeah, Buyer Beware, but many customers don't know how to do the necessary research to make sure they are getting a current model.. What's a consumer to do? Who is there to protect the consumer? A business should still be honest about things like this, they could have said "Look, this is a year old, but I'll cut you a deal on it."

For futur reference. Check out URC's site for a list of Authorized dealers in your area. If Audio Corner was one I'm sure URC would stand behind the remote. I woul recommend talking to them anyway to see if hey can help. You should also contact your county or state's consumer affairs dept and the Better Business Bureau

URC has sent me a new cable. The whole process has been a pain. Avoid AudioCorner at all costs. They are horrible to deal with.
