How do you create a template to use in the MX-3000 program? I am redoing my file and I would like to have it as template for future updates and implementation.

Search this forum for "create template mx 3000" (You may need to alter it a bit) and you should have your question answered. There has been several threads in the past on this topic.

That is kind of a loaded question.

What I did to start was to play with the preprogrammed templetes for a couple 100 hours. Then I went and download all of the templetes from all of the people who made summitions to remote central. I dragged and dropped all of the things I liked best from each and made a templete. (about another 100 hours) From there I learned how to make my own buttons and back grounds. (about 500 hours) So after about 50 templetes from the preprogrammed stuff, and about 75 using other peoples templetes, and about 50 of my own original. I have finally come up with the 1 I like. (which I will grow bored with next week and make another)

So to answer your question.
How do you create a template to use in the MX-3000 program?

Play
Read the manual
Download templete
Ask questions on the forum on the things you can not figure out
Play
Read the manual
Download templete
Ask questions on the forum on the thinks you can not figure out

Or pay someone to make one for you

Hope this helps, but there is not a short cut that I know of that is quicker

That's why I paid Damon at proremotes... 700 hours learning and programming a remote is just way too much for most folks. I'd love to see a few pics.
