Hello,
I am glad to have found this forum. I hope it helps. I purchased a Jensen 20" television TS2050J from Circut City to put in my study. I am having trouble configuring my universal remote control AT8550 All touch 5 Button DVR Remote. I have time warner digital cable service. I did the code search as recommend in the user manual but nothing worked. I got the remote to work with code 2004 but the buttons are all messed up. The down channel button turns the TV off and the up channel button increases the volume. Does anyone have any answers to my problem.

Call the manufacturer of the remote. They should be able to advise you.
