I was about to ask for help having to do with the "patch info file" that is part of the beginning of the MX3000 live update, but apparently the fifteenth or so time is the charm.
Any ideas why this might not have worked the first fourteen times?
I downloaded the MX3000 program from the files section on this site two days ago. I have version 1.20.138.
Thanks --
I have done a lot of remotes, but I am starting to break the Pronto/Marantz habit and am climbing the learning curve.

The program knows that you have used Pronto's most of your life and is testing to see if you REALLY want to use an MX-3000.
You should be good to go now for any other future updates!
