When I try to edit the LCD buttons all my buttons show up as blank in the editor. If I double click on them I can read them but once I move to another button they appear to be blank again. I am getting around this but it is very annoying.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have had this problem, but with the 950 editor. Never figured it out.

Are you guys up to date on editor versions, try live update. My 850 and 950 editors both retain the text and i have the latest software updates, just checked this morning!

Yes, I'm up to date. In fact, I have the same (latest) version loaded on two different PCs. The invisible text problem only occurs on one so it is obviously a configuration related issue.

I'd guess a uninstall/reinstall will take care of it

I would agree with KC. Try uninstalling from the Control Panel, then re-download and reinstall. If you continue to have this problem, please contact URC at: (914) 835-4484 and see if they are aware of the problem or can come up with a resoultion for you.

Thank you,
Damon DG

Here is what fixed my problem.

1. Uninstall from control panel
2. Deleted the "Universal Remote Control, Inc" directory from "Program Files"
3. Re-booted
4. Re-installed latest software

Works great now.
