hi all
I am relativly new to the whole higher end remote world.
I bought a sony rvx3000(I think that is the number) and it has recently stopped working. most of the keys will only work if you push them really hard.
anyway I just got a urc300 and thought that it did discrete codes. but I am not finding anything was I wrong? I really like the remote and like having a touchscreen anyway If I can use discrete codes how do I do it with this remote??
I have done numerous searches and cannot find a straight answer.
thanks
Dave

No, the urc-300 doesn't allow for direct entry of discrete codes.

You will need to get a radioshack remote or one for all remote that is capable programming discrete codes and then teaching it from that remote onto the urc300.
