Just kind of curious which of our prestigious members will be attending Cedia this year and if any of you will be taking the URC courses. I will be attending, and will be attending the URC certification courses. I look forward to seeing you all there.

I'll be there, is everyone going to be wearing name tags with their Remote Central names on them too? LOL

and those who don't!

I was wondering this. Based on the nickname I entered and the company I work for, Mine'll be pretty spot-on

I'll definitely be there. I have been waiting as patiently as a six year old at Christmas time to see the new URC equipment. Should be pretty awesome.

Oh, I hear that. I can't wait to see new URC stuff, just enough to get home and wait some more until I can actually play with it.

Prestigiuos? Probably not.

Opinionated?

Thats me!

I'll be there.

I'm signed up for the 10:00 Saturday briefing on the new products.

I'm still considering the Friday programing course.

I'm already an expert at programing URC remote's right!?

Riiiiight......

I seem to learn something new everday!
Sometimes the obvious is the hardest to pick-up on!

I've got a pretty tight schedule to learn about products I really don't know much about.(I'm from Kansas, alright!!)

See yah there!
Every day is a good day.......some are just better than others!

Proud to say that my property is protected by a high speed wireless device!

I really look forward to Cedia each year. Love Indianapolis in September. I'd sure like to figure a way to get a room downtown though. I need to book in April next year. Any suggestions?
Manuals?! We don't need no stinking manuals! a.. er..

Just attended an URC training for dealers. Good stuff from Hank. Learned lots of tircks and shortcuts for the MX3000 and the MX950.

You should see a new mx3000 at Ceida with wi-fi. Other neat goodies also.

Just got an MX-950. One of the first sold in Atlanta. Runs on Windows CE platform. They have FINALLY gone from the ancient serial port to a USB. Faster load times and fits my new notebook which does not have a serial port.

MX950 has lots of improvements. Rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. Backlight comes on when you pick it up. Great feel in the hand.

New editor -- greatly improved also. All around good deal. Just getting to know it. Will let y'all know more later.

Bill in Atalnta.

URC is really doing some good stuff.

I'm still not certain if my schedule is going to allow me to be at CEDIA, but I'm working on it.

I'll be there Thursday through Saturday. Since I regularly run into Daniel Tonks about ten times a show, you should find me wherever you find him. ;-)

Otherwise, at the URC booth or the press room. I'll also be stopping by one of Hank's classes.

Steve, CEDIA's moving to Denver for the next few years, so you can start looking for a room there. ;-)

abmarsh,

What's this about a Wi-Fi MX-3000?

First I've heard of this. Any more info?

That's cool. Haven't been to Denver since I was a kid. Maybe we'll drive & enjoy the mountains.

Any secrets on how to end up with a room in Indy Thu-Sat? This is the first time we're 10 miles from the airport and dome. bla.

I'll be there. Gonna be pretty busy w/ the Designer's course, but I'm going to try to make it to a URC session.
