I just got the mx-3000, and I cant seem to hook it up to my PC. I've installed the software included on the disc, updated ActiveSync to ver. 3.8, ran the live update and I still cant seem to get the remote to connect to my pc. Everytime I try to connect it, I get a "Device not Connected" error. Anyone have any ideas as to what's causing this, and how I can fix it? I'm running it through a USB2.0 connection on a Athlon 2500+ system.

What you are experiencing seems to be a reacurring theme for many. There are a bunch and a half of things you can try. I tried most of them (3+ hrs) and ended up calling tech support. After a half an hour of the phone with them it was up and working and I haven't had any problems since. Just givre them a call. That's my advice. They have a whole list of steps they talk you through in order. It's just not worth all the tinkering.
