Finally! managed to bring the screen back to life after changing batteries several times. However, now it reset to, what I think, the default. I lost all my preset programs including chromecast. Also, it does not turn the cable box or tv. Actually it does not do anything. I put a call to the seller for service. What a drag. I think I will do away with this universal remote. It has been nothing buy trouble. I am using now my original cable box and tv remotes which work fine. For chromecast I have to manually change the channel in that little box installed under the tv as part of the Sonos system.

In case you are still interested or for future reference, you need to hold the main and stop buttons for several seconds.
