i am working with a mx 3000 and am looking for ir codes for the sivoia qed shades.... i have the ir device for the shades... its sv-ir

The best thing to do would most likely to be to learn the commands from the original remote. I've learned Lutron commands from their remotes in the past, so it should work for you.

yeah but i dont have the remote... we have one on order but i need them asap...i am going to try to get the hex code and convert them to a rcc file... thanks

Have you tried the Files area here on Remote Central or checked out the Lutron site? You may have some luck finding what you need, without having to convert hex to CCF.

After some research with the guy who came up with the Lutron ccf. file... we found that the file itself didnt work with the Mx 3000. This of course is the file off of the Lutron website. That was disappointing but "we" decided to order the Lutron remote, and just learn the commands in.
