I am trying to program 8 discreet buttons on my MX-850 for a Panasonic TH-42PX25U TV. I have found several MXD files that have some of the discreet buttons, but none of the files has all the codes.

What would be the best way to consolidate the codes? My first thought would be to buy a cheap programmable remote and copy each of the discreet codes from each MXD file to it from the MX-850. The next step would be to copy each coded button back to the MX-850.

Does anyone know of an easier way? The Orion editor doesn't let you drag and drop buttons between devices. Has anyone run into this situation in the past?

If they're learned commands (which most .mxd files from the "Files" section are), you can copy and paste them between devices using Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V.
