Hi ALL,
I have the MX-500 but its buttons are starting to stick. I've been playing around with the editing software for the MX-700 and am thinking of getting it. I don't mind getting an open box so I can get it at a discount, however I do want to have warranty coverage.
Where would be the best place to get one for the lowest price.
Thanks, Gerry

surfremote.com or bluedo.com
both are sponsors of this site and offer programming help if needed!

I second the surfremote.com endorsement. I got an open-box MX-700 from Mike and it was pristine. He has helped me out with other purchases and advice over the past 6 months and the company has been great to deal with. I even got a quick credit on an RMA remote that we did a cross-ship on.

To buy for the lowest price from a reliable site would be etronics.com

Saimili,
I like etronics as well, however, the warranty would not be honored since they are not an "authorized dealer". There are basically two pieces of criteria to be an "authorized dealer", neither of which they fit.
Thank you, Damon DG
