when i retype new text on existing and some new buttons the new text does not appear after it is downloaded to the remote. I have tried both font sizes still no luck. Any ideas?

never mind I figured this one out also...the lack of help and documentation for this remote is going to bankrupt universal for all the remotes that are going to be returned. I am fairly techy guy and this is really pushing the limits on my paitence. To add text to a button you must select that button and use the text command from the mouse and not "insert" the text on the button by using the "T" command.
