I have an MX1000 that sometimes will not respond to a key press for a minute or so. I just have to keep tapping the lcd until it accepts it. It especially does this when building a macro but also reacts this way occassionaly during normal use. Should I return the unit?

If you have created several buttons, or moved some, you may need to re-align the screen. Look through the manual for instruction, or in setup on the menu.

Thanks for the Suggestion Carl. My problem was I was using my finger to calibrate the dsplay. If I would have read the screen I would have seen it says to use a pencil. By using my finger I basically blocked a large portion of the borders. I hate to admit it to the world but thought maybe someone else would be as stupid as me.:)

Thanks for sharing that with us, Jeff. There are no stupid questions. I just got mine today and re-aligned it with my finger. Too lazy to read the documentation right away!

Thanks!

Greg :-)
