I've had my remote for two weeks and finally have everything the way I envisioned, including the buttons on the main either hidden or changed to match my componets and x10 lighting. Yes, I've had every problem that is on this message board, and have sorted them out thanks to these postings and Daniel's reviews. If not for the help here at Remote Central I would be out $250 because I would have thrown this thing against the wall and stomped on it many days ago!
How can Universal have this remote on the market when it is such a struggle to set up? Is this normal with
their products? Please, someone at Universal tell us when the software version will be updated to work properly.

If you don't get a response, you might want to send an email. I sent one on Sunday afternoon and got a phone call Monday morning...
