Buttons created or moved on the remote cause the PC program to crash, buttons created on PC often cannot be pressed on the remote. The whole thing - both PC and remote is slow, and what should normally take a few hours has already taken me days. Support is non-existent, and the only thing I can hope for now is that I can return it and not lose half of what I paid for it.

Well, I certainly can't speak for everyone, but my 100% custom setup seems to work just fine on the remote. I did have to make a few changes -- different buttons, not creating buttons of one color, etc., but it all worked out in the end. The PC software is slow, and it does crash, but I did my whole setup -- including creating the bitmaps -- in two evenings. Mind you, I've so far been unable to upload from the remote. Good thing I haven't actually needed to yet!
