Help - I used the "erase all programs" function on the MX-1000 (long story - I was locked in a screen), and now it has nothing in it.

I've tried to download the operating program from the PC software to the remote, but when I hit "download program" from the software, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Carl.

A few more details about my system and what's happening:

Win2000
MX-1000 operating program software downloaded today (though same problem persisted with one from a couple weeks ago).
Com1

1. Select Download | Operating program from title bar on software.

2. Select Program Down Load from remote.

3. Click Download from the software.

4. Remote gives "Download Fails" error message in about 10 seconds.

5. After 20 minutes, there the progress bar from the software still shows nothing happening.

Got it working - a reboot, and the upload/download works fine.
